The step-up or step-down pricing mechanism (if any) which must be on a fixed basis, i.e. stated in absolute amounts or terms and must not be made conditional upon the occurrence of certain events.
(2)
The amount of step-up or step-down and the time frames for the exercise or conversion price adjustment.

Provisions for changes in the terms of the convertible securities during the tenure of the securities.
