Would a person with a degree in accounting and who possesses 3 years’ post qualification experience in finance but who is currently not a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants meet the requirements of Rules 9.27 and 15.09(1)(c) of the ACE LR?
Yes, pursuant to paragraph 7.1 of Guidance Note 9, such person would be acceptable for the purposes of Rules 9.27 and 15.09(1)(c) of the ACE LR.
