In the last 8 years, he was the finance director of a family-owned company where he was primarily responsible for the management of the financial affairs of the corporation. However, he only has a diploma in accounting. Does Mr A meet the requirements of Rules 9.27 and 15.09(1)(c) of the ACE LR?
Yes, pursuant to paragraph 7.1 of Guidance Note 9, Mr A's qualifications will be acceptable for the purposes of Rules 9.27 and 15.09(1)(c) of the ACE LR.
