Who are the Controlling Person referred to in Rule 2.22 of the ACE LR?
"Controlling Persons" is defined in Rule 2.22 as a person who is, pursuant to a court order or otherwise, appointed to take possession or control over all or major assets of, or becomes responsible for the management of a listed corporation. This includes a provisional liquidator appointed by the court.
