Pursuant to Rule 4.12(b) of the ACE LR, a Sponsor must notify Bursa Securities immediately when it believes or becomes aware that a matter reported by it to the board of directors of its Sponsored Corporation has not been satisfactorily resolved resulting in a breach of the ACE LR. In this regard, must the notification be in writing?
No. However, a Sponsor is encouraged to notify the same to Bursa Securities in writing to ensure that the information given to Bursa Securities is communicated clearly.
