​6.2​Is a listed corporation allowed to submit its listing application for a new issue of securities to Bursa Securities on its own?

No, pursuant to Rule 6.02(4) of the ACE LR, a listing application in relation to any new issue of securities must be submitted to Bursa Securities through a Sponsor or Adviser, as the case may be.
