A controlling shareholder which is a statutory institution managing funds belonging to the public is no longer required to list down its directorships or substantial shareholdings in all other listed corporations in Malaysia for the past 3 years, in the additional listing application for new issue of securities under paragraph 12, Part A of Annexure GN17-B. What are some examples of “statutory institutions managing funds belonging to the public”?

Examples of statutory institutions managing funds belonging to the public include the Employees Provident Fund ("EPF"), Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera ("LTAT"), Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) ("KWAP") and Lembaga Tabung Haji.
