Pursuant to Rule 8.03(5)(a)(ii) of the ACE LR, a Cash Company must appoint a Sponsor within 3 months from the date it announces that it is a Cash Company. Who can be the Cash Company's Sponsor in this instance?
Any person from the Register of Sponsor can be the Cash Company's Sponsor. This includes a Sponsor that has acted for the Cash Company during the Sponsorship Period.
