Pursuant to Rule 8.04(3)(a)(ii) of the ACE LR, a GN3 Company must appoint a Sponsor within 3 months from the date it announces that it is a GN3 Company. Who can be the GN3 Company's Sponsor in this instance?
Any person from the Register of Sponsor can be the GN3 Company's Sponsor. This includes a Sponsor that has acted for the GN3 Company during the Sponsorship Period.
