X Bhd triggers the Prescribed Criteria under Guidance Note 3 on 29 December 2014 but has not submitted its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities. Is X Bhd required to comply with the enhanced requirements on regularisation plan in paragraphs 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5 of Guidance Note 3 which takes effect on 27 January 2015?
X Bhd must comply with the enhance requirements on regularisation plan in paragraphs 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5 of Guidance Note 3 if it submits its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities on or after 27 January 2015.
