If any one of the notes required under FRS 134 and/or Appendix 9B of the ACE LR is not applicable to the listed corporation, does the listed corporation have to state specifically that the particular note is not applicable?
If a particular note is not applicable to the listed corporation, then the listed corporation is encouraged to state specifically that the particular note is not applicable.
