Pursuant to Rule 9.25(1) of the ACE LR, a listed corporation must set out separately in its annual report, the items set out in Part A of Appendix 9C of the ACE LR (hereinafter referred as “Appendix 9C”). Does the listed corporation have to provide a negative statement if a particular item contained in Appendix 9C is not applicable to the listed corporation?
No, the listed corporation does not have to provide a negative statement if a particular item in Appendix 9C is not applicable to the listed corporation except where it is expressly required under Appendix 9C, namely items (22) and (30) of Appendix 9C.
