Periodic disclosures – annual report

9.39

Does a listed corporation have to disclose the remuneration of directors of the subsidiaries of the listed corporation in its annual report?

Under item (12) of Appendix 9C, a listed corporation has to disclose only the remuneration of directors of the listed corporation, not the directors of the subsidiaries who do not sit on the board of the listed corporation. In this respect, the remuneration disclosed should include remuneration for services rendered by such directors to the listed corporation as a group.
