Does a listed issuer need to exclude treasury shares when computing the percentage ratios of a transaction?
A listed issuer must exclude treasury shares in computing the -
(a)
equity share capital previously in issue under paragraph 10.02(g)(iv); and
(b)
market value of all the ordinary shares of the listed issuer under paragraph 10.02(g)(v),
when determining the percentage ratio of a transaction under Chapter 10 of the Main LR.
