Where the listed issuer and its subsidiary are both listed on the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listed subsidiary enters into a transaction that requires an announcement to be made pursuant to Chapter 10 of the Main LR, is the announcement to be made by both the listed issuer and its listed subsidiary?
No, only the listed subsidiary is required to make the announcement pursuant to Chapter 10 of the Main LR. The listed issuer would not be required to make the announcement.
