Under paragraph 15.08(3)(b) and item (28) of Part A, Appendix 9C of the Main LR, a brief description of the type of training attended by the directors for the financial year is required to be disclosed in the annual report. What are examples of the type of information that is required to be included in the brief description?
Examples of the types of information that should be disclosed in the brief description are the mode of training i.e. via seminar, workshops or courses; the title of the seminar, workshop or courses and the number of hours/days spent.
