Would a person with a degree in accounting and who possesses 3 years’ post qualification experience in finance but who is currently not a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants meet the requirements of paragraphs 9.27 and 15.09(1)(c) of the Main LR?
Yes, pursuant to paragraph 7.1 of Practice Note 13, such person would be acceptable for the purposes of paragraphs 9.27 and 15.09(1)(c) of the Main LR.
