Does a listed issuer have to disclose the remuneration of directors of the subsidiaries of the listed issuer in its annual report?

Under item (11) of Appendix 9C, a listed issuer has to disclose only the remuneration of directors of the listed issuer, not the directors of the subsidiaries who do not sit on the board of the listed issuer. In this respect, the remuneration disclosed should include remuneration for services rendered by such directors to the listed issuer as a group.
