Pursuant to item 3(h) of Part A, Appendix 9C, listed issuers are required to set out in their annual report the particulars of the directors including the list of convictions for offences within the past 10 years other than traffic offences, if any. What is regarded as "convicted of an offence"?
“Convicted of an offence” includes any finding of guilt or any order involving any finding of guilt by any court of competent authority in Malaysia or outside Malaysia in relation to any act or omission punishable under criminal law.
